Acknowledge a Response

Privileged users can acknowledge a response to ED Findings. The study status must be Complete in PACS.

Users can acknowledge a response to an ED Finding from several locations: the Current Study tab, the Findings tab, or from the ED Worklist on the SynComm Landing Page.

  1. Click Acknowledge.
  2. Provide the comments as needed.
  3. Click Create.

  1. Locate the appropriate study and select Actions > Acknowledge.
  2. Provide the comments as needed.
  3. Click Create.

After acknowledgment, the pane refreshes and populates the information in Pulse. The entry is removed from the Findings tab in Pulse.
